Ok, I missed the import of that bit from the "INSTALL", I actually prefer to 
keep that stuff in the "web" directory, but I've moved it up to "Joseph" 
for now.

Ah, ok. That's what I've been hoping for, to see actual errors. I suspect 
its permission issues presently as you mention.

Dang, that's very useful! Maybe that'll provide the hint, but in any case, 
what's I've moved, I plan on starting with a new install as I suspect I've 
completely confused myself. <smile/>
