There are two ways to serve non-PyBlosxom files like images and css 
style sheets.  The first is that you put them in a directory that's 
served by your web-server.  The second is that you use a PyBlosxom 
plugin that serves these files.

I suggest the first since it's simplest.  It's what I do.  I don't know 
offhand what PyBlosxom plugins will serve files, but I recollect there's 
a filekicker plugin that might do the trick.
