As far as I understand this is natural supported in pyblosxom:

A tags plugins gives you a url like this:
example.com/blog/tags/tagname/

And RSS is just another flavour for pyblosxom, just like the usual html view
so if you access your blog like:
example.com/blog?flav=rss20

Given that rss20 is the name of the flavour that generates rss output.
Now if you want to limit only a rss for a tag what you need to do is
apply the rss flavour to the output generated for tag:

example.com/blo/tags/tagname?flav=rss20

I think that is one of the coolest things that pyblosxom has.
