It only tests for a small subset of possible problems. It's improved in
trunk, but it's still definitely a work in progress.

That looks to me like you might have set the flavourdir property in an
interesting way. What did you set the flavourdir property to in your
config.py file?

The codebase thing is probably a bug in PyBlosxom. The verification is
completing successfully--it's not aborting in the middle.
If you hadn't set codebase correctly, then the stack trace you'd get
back from requesting pyblosxom.cgi would end in not being able to find
the Pyblosxom package.
Let us know what you set the flavourdir property to in your config.py
file. I suspect that's where the problem lies.
