PyBlosxom doesn't do any pagination.  You'll need a plugin for that.

I'd suggest using wbgpager, but I've been told it's not working with 
PyBlosxom 1.4.x at the moment and I haven't fixed it yet.  I'll try to get 
to that in the next couple of days.

I don't know if there are other paging plugins.
