Your templates (the RDF portion in story.html) points the trackback to
the wrong location which is:

http://reagle.org/joseph/blog/trackback/technology/python/setting-up-pyblosxom

You should change (coerce) it to point to:

http://reagle.org/joseph/trackback.cgi/technology/python/setting_up_pyblosxom

BTW, our trackback does not support list and rss mode yet, let's face
it, why list mode when the trackback is going to be embedded in the
commments? :) For RSS mode, um, I'll see if Ted wants to implement it,
as the way the files are layed out, it's not trivial to implement it.

And yes, if you hit the trackback cgi, and your request doesn't look
like a trackback, then it's not a trackback :)
