That should have installed Python as a site-package and the
pyblosxom-cmd command in bin.
After doing that, to create a blog you do:
% pyblosxom-cmd create <dir>
and that's it. PyBlosxom builds the directory structure for your blog
with flavour files and pyblosxom.cgi and config.py files.
Sounds like you should read through the README and INSTALL files. There
are a lot of changes in PyBlosxom 1.5 specifically to make it easy to
install.
