That's a bit of a cheesy thing. What's going on is your data dir ends in a /. So it takes off one extra character. I'm going to add some datadir fixing to Pyblosxom because we should handle both: /home/willg/blog and: /home/willg/blog/ without having to deal with both situations in all the plugins. Sorry bout that.
