weblogsping

It seem that I can't ping with weblogsping.py anymore. I checked the 
content of the "LATEST" file:

{'lastPing': 1049452894, 'response1': {'message': "Can't open stream 
because TCP/IP error code 10060 - Connection timed out.", 'flerror': 
<Boolean True at 12cb48>}, 'response': {'message': 'connect() 
failed', 'flerror': <Boolean True at 12cb48>}, 'latest': 1049452836}


The version of the script I use is:

__version__ = "$Id: weblogsping.py,v 1.5 2003/02/23 16:25:35 wari Exp $"

PS: this is really important to have my rating ok on blogshares ;-)
