So now I'm trying to figure out how present the category structure with
hypertext, akin to "weblogs :: tools :: pyblosxom". Is that the breadcrumb
plugin? However, I don't seem able to turn on plugins...

py['plugin_dirs'] =
['/home/reagle/data/2web/reagle.org/joseph/pyblosxom/contrib/plugins/']
py['load_plugins'] = ["conditionalhttp.py"] # for example
...

urd:/home/reagle/data/2web/reagle.org/joseph> blog
