Latest CVS on windows

Is anyone using pyblosxom (more specifially latest CVS) on a Windows box
with Apache?  It looks to me like there's something going on with the
slashes when using the permalink.  I end up with a url like this -
pyblosxom.cgi/iris%5Centry-1.html
instead of pyblosxom.cgi/iris/entry-1.html

Is this just an unfortunates side-effect of windows or is there a workaround?
