pyblosxom are.   I'll update the README

Trackback is not mandatory.   If you don't install trackback.cgi, you 
won't get trackbaks.

You may need to change the value of trackback:ping on line 20 of 
comment-story.html, depending on how trackback.cgi is mapped to a URL.  
What is there now assumes that $base_url/trackback is the URL for 
trackback.cgi.
