If I believe what you are saying is what you are saying (ehem), there's
a nice flavour for blosxom (which you can modify a bit) that helps you
send trackbacks (Using the Movable Type Standalone Trackback Tool). Have
a look at http://www.brutalhugs.com/flavours/ and a nice sample can be
seen -> http://brutalhugs.com/cgi-bin/blosxom.cgi/index.ping

You probably have to make your own plugin, or modify some variables, but
this is a good start IMO

What you can do is to generate html on a cron basis, and use the include
plugin (provided by Will) and insert the file as is. Other options will
just be too resource heavy IMO.
