updated booklist plugin

I was looking at the referrers (or is it referers--i can never remember)
of my blog just for kicks and I noticed Eric's Boring Blog and how he
mentioned that my booklist plugin sucked (which it did).  I forget if
anyone ever sent me email indicating that I should fix the booklist plugin
to use its own flavour.

Anyhow, I took a few minutes and did a quick overhaul so that it now uses
a booklist flavour.

The updated booklist plugin is at:

My apologies for all those who were harmed and otherwise tortured by the
fact that I literally threw the booklist plugin together one day and never
looked back at it.  ;)

Feel free to send me comments and such.  Hopefully, it'll live up to other
peoples' visions and such.
