I did this, indeed. Loaded it today morning from the web site.

I checked several times: removed the site-python/Pyblosxom/* of my
Python installation, reinstalled pyblosxom-0.8.1 ('python ./setup.py
install'), copied pyarchives.py to my plugin directory, changed
config.py.

Result: Same error as before:
