Hi all, Sorry for cross posting but I'd like to get maximum exposure to different peoples experiences with pyblosxom. I've recently moved host. The old host used Solaris, the new host runs FreeBSD - this is the only difference between the two setups AFAIK (the version of Python on both hosts is 2.2.2). I'm having a problem on my new host with pyblosxom (release version 0.8.1 - I'll upgrade to CVS/0.9 as soon as I have time to upgrade my flav_config plugin to the new code). Some (a very small percentage)) of requests for pyblosxom.cgi are causing the CGI process to spin the CPU indefinitely at 100%. Understandably my new host isn't happy about this and they have had to kill those processes. It probably isn't related but my archive links are also returning 404 errors. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this? Can anyone give any pointers where I might begin to look for the problem? (so far my research has proved fruitless - I haven't yet been able to trigger the problem). From what I can see in my logs there is no specific requests that consistently cause trouble. It may be worth noting that there are now 1700+ posts in my "blog" (it's not really a blog) directory!
