Missing plugins in pyblosxom.cgi

Hi pyblosxom-owner,
IŽm trying to instal pyblosxom on my machine. IŽve followed all
steps given in INSTALL file, but I can't make it work...
I ready don't know why, but the plugins don't come up.
Qhen execute ./pyblosxom.cgi in the cgi-bin directory I recieve the
following messages:
