Mmm...  there's no next/prev entry variable in created in Pyblosxom.

I wrote a pager plugin that builds << 1 2 3 4 5 ... >> links whenever the
length of the entry_list is larger than the configured num_entries.  If
you took my pager code, adjusted it so it only printed the << and >> links
(i.e. removed all the pages inbetween) and then set your num_entries to 1,
then that might do what you're looking for it to do.

That's the only plugin I know of that does something close to what you're
looking for.
