Getting XMLRPC to work with PyBlosxom should be pretty easy. You move the
xmlrpc.py and xmlrpc_bloggar.py files into your plugins directory, then
set the properties in config.py (there are instructions at the top of both
files that walk you through it).

I have a blog entry for setting up w.bloggar for PyBlosxom:

http://www.bluesock.org/~willg/blog/dev/pyblosxom/How_to_use_w_bloggar_with_pyblosxom.html

As I recall, it was written with w.bloggar.

Hope that helps--
