i'm just trying out pyblosxom to see if the 1.0 addresses my main
complaint with the way pyblosxom ships which is that it requires a lot
of mucking about to get a simple blog up and running.

it would be nice if it came configured (doesn't have to be pretty, but
an okay starting theme would be a nice bonus) to have the
blogger/metaweblog api stuff working (or at least working configs setup
but commented out so you don't have to worry about default passwords).
most people will want comments and the category plugin enabled etc.

basically make it look and work like a blog as simply as possible, it's
easier to disable a feature you don't want then to figure out how to
make something work :-)

anyway, not trying to complain, i love pyblosxom, just wish it was
something that was easier to give to friends and say "try this, you
won't be disappointed".

NOTE: We want to install documentation, contributed plugins, and
the web scripts to some central location where you can access them.
However, we don't know where to put it for your platform. If you could
send an email to <pyblosxom-users-5NWGOfrQmneRv+LV9MX5uipxlwaOVQ5f@public.gmane.org> with the
following
information:

   Dear Pyblosxom Users,
I have platform 'darwin' and you told me to send you
   an email with this information!
   Sincerely,
   <your name>

Thanks!
