Mulilingual plugin

Hello everyone

I'll start a multilingual plugin soon and I want to know if anyone has
any suggestion about this. 

My idea, as I told you before, is having all the languages in the same
file. It will be something like this:

cat story.txt
$lang=es
Noticia en español

$lang=us
New in English 

In my point of view this is a good way to do it, because you don't have
to maintain two (or three, four...) files (or even directory trees), one
for each language. 

To access the a page with a certain language, we can use something like
flav option in the url:

http://myexamplehost.com/blog?lang=es

I think this could be easy to do, changing an option in the parser o
changing the news body later in the process of rendering. 

What do you think is the best way of doing this?
