So this page: http://wiki.subtlehints.net/moin/InstallingComments is presently schizophrenic. Talking about the module at the top, but trackback.cgi at the bottom. I've updated the examples in the Wiki to try to reconcile the two. Even so, unfortunately, it still doesn't work for me.
