Two things you can do. There's a fixfiletime.py script in the contrib directory which you can run which will help you fix the mtime on the file you have. The second thing is there's a plugin called pyfilenamemtime.py which will set the mtime of the entry to the filename if the filename is in yyyy-mm-dd-hh-mm.txt format. Hope that helps! /will On Wed, 26 Feb 2003, Ted Pibil wrote: > I thought I saw somewhere how to set the date/time (instead of it being generated from the system date/time stamp on file) for a blog entry, but I cannot seem to find it now. > > Was I hallucinating or did I actually see instructions on how to do this? If so, please direct me to where it was. If not, can it be done? Reason being, I just corrected some HTML syntax on an entry, and it changed the date/time, of course. > > TIA! > > -- whatever it is, you can find it at http://www.bluesock.org/~willg/ except Will--you can only see him in real life. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Scholarships for Techies!
