Just as a reminder to new folks and old, Planet PyBlosxom has a PyBlosxom
plugin registry filled with plugins made by the community and some of the
PyBlosxom developers.
It also has a flavour registry which is very devoid of flavours.
If you have a plugin or a flavour pack, please submit it. The more the
merrier.
Also, take some time to browse the registry and add comments to the
plugins and flavours that you use. Those comments help other people in
the community figure out which plugins they might want to use. Feel free
to add comments detailing the pros and cons, thoughts on how to get around
certain issues you encountered, ways the plugin could be enhanced, so on
and so forth.
I added a "recent activity" page to the site:
http://www.planetpyblosxom.org/blog/recent
That page will show recent activity in entries and comments between the
Planet PyBlosxom blog and the registry.
If there are other changes you'd like to see on the Planet PyBlosxom
web-site, let me know. There are probably bugs--if you find any, let me
know and I'll try to fix those as well.
In regards to PyBlosxom development, I haven't gotten to doing the
analysis on performance and scaling yet. I hope to have a spare weekend
soon. I'll evaluate some ideas on refactoring tools.Walk that have been
spinning around including some of the stuff that Robert Wall has done.
If someone wants to get to this first, please do. I added more
detail on what I'm thinking to the todo list on the PyBlosxom wiki:
http://wiki.subtlehints.net/moin/PyBlosxomToDo
Otherwise, I'll get to it when I get to it.
Rock on!
