rss2renderer

I took Blake's rss2 plugin and did some overhaul work to it moving 
variables out of the plugin and into config.py, removing some of the 
existing stuff that was there that was "old" (which should have been 
re-written instead, but I didn't know how to do that off the top of my 
head), and added some documentation to the top.

I'm offering to maintain it going forward.  I added it to the PyBlosxom 
plugin registry under "syndication".

The plugin is an RSS2 renderer that doesn't require flavour templates. 
You should be able to add it as a plugin and it should just work.

If you spot problems, bugs, have feedback, or whatever, poke me.  If you 
could solve the problems and then tell me the solution, that would be 
_really_ helpful.  RSS2 isn't really my forte and it's likely I won't 
really understand what you're talking about.

Hope this helps.  Also, I'm hoping someone looks at this and does 
something similar for ATOM, RSS 0.9.1, and other syndication formats 
because that would be really cool.
