There's no way to update individual entries via a web-form at th emoment. 
I started building one, but then it was too much effort given the use the 
registry was getting.

At some point if the registry gets more active and this becomes more 
difficult, then maybe I'll investigate doing that.

Until then, email me with all individual entry changes.  Or you can make a 
comment on the entry (which I'll also see) and I'll respond to that.  At a 
minimum, users will be able to see the comment and can act accordingly.
