Subversion for meta-data. Have basic implementation

I just want to you all know that I am now using subversion with pyblosxom
for maintaining entry meta data.  I hired the maintainer of the subversion
python bindings to write a function that gets the date that an entry was
added to the repository.  For those that have worked with the
python/subversion bindings, you'll understand why this was well worth the
$75 it cost me.

The problem I ran into was this was pretty slow.  My main page took 4
seconds to render.  I solved this problem by using memcached to store
entry dates in a shared memory cache.  That did the trick, and performance
is about the same if not better than before.

I'm pretty happy with this architecture.  If anybody else is interested in
this I will make my changes available.
