Wiki is now in lock down mode

Hi there, just to inform you that I have locked down the wiki. It is now 
a read only wiki. You can still edit it by logging in via a simple Basic 
auth mechanism. Anyone who wants edit access will have to mail me on the 
desired username/password and I will grant you access. Though, any sign 
of spam plugs will get their credentials and spam deleted.

It is sad that the internet has gone on this sorry state where any input 
<form> can be used as a tool for spam, which leaves feedback channels 
vulnerable to such disease. I love the wiki and the concept of 'anyone 
can edit', but wikispam has to be stopped, I'm tired of manually fixing 
things.
