Hey Sil,

I don't know anything about the flav_config plugin.  You should probably 
get in touch with the author of the plugin and ask him/her.  You should 
also let him/her know what version of PyBlosxom you're using.

If you don't get any response, I can toss it on my queue of things to look 
into.
