Everything else on the site, including the comments plugin, works as the group "arpa", which is what the guestbook dir is. Also, I made sure that permissions allow writing to the directory. The problem is that it is not displaying the form at all. So <p>$pyguest_form</p> is being rendered as <p> </p>. Ok, I've sort of figured out the problem. I wasn't understanding this sentence properly: "The submit form will only be shown when the index or all links are executed." I looked at the code and saw that you are checking for a particular kind of URL. I figured out that something like this works: http://wjsullivan.net/pyblosxom.cgi/guestbook/index.html. So, it looks like I'll have it all working shortly. My suggestion is to mention the trigger url in the step-by-step instructions, to make clearer when one can expect the $pyguest_form to be rendered.
