With the Extended Directory I've writen
(http://quixote.ca/qx/ExtDirectory) you can do it very
simply:

You can run it, and use your prefered browser with the
following urls:
http://localhost:8080/customer/
http://localhost:8080/customer/10
http://localhost:8080/customer/10/edit
