Another useful, light, tool is tcpwatch.py, simply needs a tkinterized python...

Access more than one destination: Set up a local proxy and change your 
client's (browser) proxy settings:
	/usr/local/bin/tcpwatch.py -p localhost:8000

Or, if a single destination will do and you don't want to trap everything
running through your browser, forward a port to an app:

	/usr/local/bin/tcpwatch.py -L 8000:your.apps.hostname.com:8080
