do you mean a management tool made with Quixote? I do not know of any...

If you are willing to consider Durus as db, there's a lot of admin 
interface material for various classes in Dulcinea that may be 
interesting... Plus, there are other layers, specifically for Durus, 
that function conceptually in similar ways (but better ;-) as an OR 
mapper... namely there's Schevo, that does currently come with an 
object admin interface (as I understand it) as well as many other 
features, and then there's moellus, my own lightweight layer on Durus 
that includes a very simple quixote web application to browse the 
objects but as yet not to modify them...
