Any idea concerning a re-loaded server ?

I'm very satisfied with the combo quixote+scgi+lighttpd.

But during development phase, I'm looking for a stand alone web-server
able to auto-reload my code when I'm doing modifications (similar to
cherrypy in development phase).

Does this is exist ?
or
Any idea to implement it within medusa or twisted ?
