-> An observer at PyCon noted that Quixote doesn't do *any* marketing. -> Nobody knows QP exists. -> -> The Don Quixote theme is cute but ultimately not very marketable. -> Would you want to use a framework named after a bumbler with visions -> of grandeur? -> -> Here's the slogan that most resonates with me: -> -> "Quixote -- simple enough that you can fix things when they break." ;). Bigger question for y'all, on this theme: what's with QP? I must confess, I don't understand it. At all. I downloaded it, got it running, poked around a bit, and gave up. The docs were (as far as I could tell) nonexistent, which really didn't help. (I might have spent more time with it if it ran on Windows, but it didn't meet my immediate needs at the time.) In the eyes of mems-exchange, is this a successor to Quixote? (*Can* it be, if it doesn't run on Windows?) What's the long-term future of Quixote, if any, in the eyes of mems-exchange? --titus
