Hi, Steve,

I more or less wrote that Back When.  I think that it's still largely
accurate, but I'd be happy to update it for you next week.  (Let me say,
paranthetically, that one of the *nicest things* about Quixote is that
the architecture permits me to say that I'm sure that it will still work
with only cosmetic changes!)
