Quixote web site moving

The Quixote.ca web site is being migrated to a new IP address.  If you
get a 'Site Temporarily Unavailable' message, you're looking at the
old site.  You can access the new site by changing /etc/hosts and
adding this line:

66.220.1.99 quixote.ca www.quixote.ca

Or you can wait until the DNS has updated.
