scgi server start

Hi -,
I've played around quixote a while and I am about use quixote + scgi to
build a production web site.
But one big question in my mind is how to make scgi server start/stop as
what we do for apachectl in linux.
I am using scgi_server.py in under quixote/demo/server/, I am curious of
what you guys do with it for production sites.
