Sorry for the downtime.  At last we have new host for the
quixote-users mailing list.  The list address is now:

To use the web interface, use:

    http://lists.quixote.ca/mailman/listinfo/quixote-users

Transfer of archives and an alias for the old email address is still
a work in progress.
