One thing I've been trialling recently is:

	Link: <http://tobyinkster.co.uk/#i>;
		rel="http://xmlns.com/foaf/0.1/maker"

That is, a transplant of Mark Nottingham's Link header from HTTP to
mail. The Link header is a good way of including arbitrary triples in
any message with HTTP/NNTP/mail-style headers, albeit limited to
triples where the subject, predicate and object are all URIs.
