Matthew,

I think this is great idea, and basically works well.  I appreciate that it
doesn't require access when we're not logged in (too many applications
request that when they shouldn't need it).  I did find some bugs with the
output:

The generated FOAF has errors according to the W3 validator:
Every foaf:Person under foaf:knows reports: Error: {E201} Multiple children
of property element
The rdf:ID for the base person reports: Error: {W107} Bad URI: <##me>
Fragment contains invalid character '#' in '##me' and Error: {W108} Not an
XML Name: '#me'

I also have a question:

You have declared entities for rdf, rdfs, and foaf, then name them as xmlns.
 This strikes me as redundant; is it, or am I misinterpreting things?
