[foaf-dev] Semantic MediaWiki and FOAF Project application help

Hello,
         I have a couple applications where I want to add the ability use some of the properties of the FOAF namespace.  So, this is both a Semantic MediaWiki issue and a FOAF and related vocabularies issue.
The first question is foaf related.  I thought of using foaf: Organization to represent everything I have in mine.  However, it doesn’t seem that a business that is a sole proprietorship is an Organization.  I thought I could extend the vocabulary and add Company, but what would company be a sub-class of?    
Specific example: A resource directory of services, organizations, agencies and etc. that services the needy and homeless.  A Church isn’t logically a Company.  However, they both are sub-classes of foaf:Group which is a subclass of foaf:Agent.  
So, to model this with Semantic Templates, should I have a separate template for each type of foaf:Agent, such as business, church, agency?  I think it would be better to have a field for type of Agent, or type of Group.
First, regarding SMW, what do you need to say that a page about a person is represented by the class foaf:Person.  I was using a Category of Category: Foaf:Person.   I also have [[imported from::foaf:Person]] inside the Category page, however the documentation does not say that should be done.  If one must use this in Properties, why not in Categories.  How does one specify that every member of this Category is a foaf:Person?
