[foaf-dev] New FOAF version: Paddington edition

hi everyone,

Prompted by a request from Sandro, we have made some updates to the FOAF spec, bumping the version to 0.99.

The main changes are: 
* changing weblog, page, Document and Image status from testing to stable, and 
* adding three owl:equivalent classes to schema.org - Person (Person), Image (ImageObject), Document (CreativeWork).
