WSDL WG interest in WS-Policy issues

As part of our LC review, the WSDL WG wished to express our interest in the
outcome of several issues dealing with WSDL 1.1 component identifiers, and
specifically how closely they can remain aligned with the WSDL 2.0 component
identifiers.
