Editorial status

Here's a list of outstanding items, either with associated action items open
or some question about the implementation of the resolution:



1) CR044 [1]: There is still some non-trivial Part 1 work to do to clarify
interface-less bindings.  Since the proposal originates with Roberto,
perhaps he'd be willing to finish this item off?

2) CR112 [2]: The Part 2 fixes seem to be in (though 112 is not in JJM's
completed action list), but we still need to add to Part 1 a warning against
? in {address}.

3) CR120 [3]: I still have questions about the fix [4].

4) CR136 [5]: simple Part 1 editorial work.

5) CR138 [6]: simple Part 1 editorial work.

6) CR143 [7]: I still have questions about the fix [8]

7) CR145 [9]: Roberto promised to implement the Part 1.

8) CR149 [10]: simple Part 1 editorial work.

All other closed issues seem to have been implemented satisfactorily in the
