Editorial nits on 6.8.1.1

1)      "Detailed rules further below" seems a bit redundant.  "Detailed
rules follow" or "Detailed rules below" would suffice.

2)      "consumme" -> "consume"  throughout.

3)      At the end of 6.8.1.1, an example shows "{myIRI}".  With our new
encoding syntax this should be changed to {!myIRI}.

4)      "A double curly brace (openBrace and closeBrace productions in the
grammar above)" -> "A double curly brace (openBrace or closeBrace production
in the grammar above)"

 

I went ahead and checked in these fixes (in the xml source).
