I've just DONE CR138. Since you've also DONE CR149, we're now down to:

1) CR044 [1]: There is still some non-trivial Part 1 work to do to 
clarify interface-less bindings.  Since the proposal originates with 
Roberto, perhaps he’d be willing to finish this item off?

4) CR136 [5]: simple Part 1 editorial work.

7) CR145 [9]: Roberto promised to implement the Part 1.


Since Arthur best knows how to generate the component table, perhaps 
he'd be willing to do CR136?
