Will the /2006/01/ URLs still be available after PR?

The Apache Woden M7 release depends on the schemas at the following URLs:

http://www.w3.org/2006/01/wsdl/http.xsd
http://www.w3.org/2006/03/wsdl-instance.xsd
http://www.w3.org/2006/01/wsdl/rpc.xsd
http://www.w3.org/2006/01/wsdl/soap.xsd

Will these URLs still be available if/when the the WSDL2 spec moves to PR?
