Recently the first russian Web Services Technologies Portal was
launched (http://www.ws.ubs.ru, in russian mostly). This resource contains broad range of
technical, analytical and marketing materials for already existing
interested large russian audience including CIOs, developers and marketing
specialists.

We are pleased to invite all to visit it and appreciate all of you who
interested in taking part in this promising project. Any comments are
