It was asked off-list:
1) What do I want to present about?
2) Why am I interested in "real REST"?  It's a big topic.
3) Why did I think the calculator would be good?

I mostly want to cover Python+Flask in a REST context.  The main focus
is Flask, but it seems Flask is most useful in a REST context; for Web
GUI's, one would probably use Django or something instead.

I'm interested in "real REST", because I've heard repeatedly that
"real REST" isn't just RPC, and I'd like to use a decent example.
What specific area of REST isn't really that important to me.

I thought the calculator might be good, because you could design a few
URL's that play nicely with a web cache.  I have gotten the impression
that this was one measure of RESTfulness.
